Abstract

WERF and AwwaRF held a joint workshop in 2003 to discuss the issues emerging in the TMDL program, especially as they impacted drinking water quality. This publication reports on that workshop, and provides some insights into risk and benefit considerations as identified by the participants. The report particularly provides some perspectives to consider when developing or improving a source water protection program. PDF only. 123 pages. Published in 2005.
