Abstract

This research project set out to develop an analytical method for identification and quantitation of orthophosphate and polyphosphate species in water. Specific objectives were to develop an accurate and reproducible method to separate polyphosphate species in water, and to quanitify soluble metal-polyphosphate complexes in treated waters supplied by water utilities in different regions of the United States. Completed in 1998.
