Workshop on Nutrient Removal: How Low Can We Go & What Is Stopping us from Going Lower? Nutrient Limitations Workshop

This report is a comprehensive summary of a March 2006 workshop that addressed critical factors that impacts and limits to nitrification, denitrification, chemical phosphorus removal, and biological phosphorus removal processes, especially factors that can have significant implications when trying to achieve and define limits of technology treatment objectives. This workshop, funded by WERF through a grant from the U.S. EPA, was sponsored by the Virginia Military Institute Research Laboratories Office of Sponsored Programs with additional support from DC-WASA and the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments. Published in 2007.
