Abstract

The materials presented in this report were developed to catalog available Strategic Asset Management (SAM) tools, identify and prioritize a core set of needed tools, explore factors that contribute to successful asset management, refine pathways for implementing SAM, and develop the information needed to support SAM implementation. The results of this research will be added to SIMPLE, WERF's web-based asset management knowledge base. Published by WERF. 106 pages. Soft cover and online PDF. (2010)
