Abstract

Develops an easy-to-use, intuitive, and scale-appropriate methodology for small and medium utilities. Presents results in the form of an extended case study. Includes a CD-ROM containing forms helpful in completing a vulnerability assessment. Published in 2003. Release of the final report requires a special protocol that involves signing a nondisclosure agreement.
