Documents pipeline damage data from earthquakes that have affected water systems in the Puget Sound area, including the Nisqually Earthquake on Feb. 28, 2001. Documents lessons learned from the Nisqually Earthquake. Also develops and demonstrates strategies to mitigate the effects of pipeline damage following earthquakes.
