Modifies and applies to North American water systems an existing computer model that was developed at the University of Karlsruhe. Forecasts pipe rehabilitation needs and rates as a function of pipe material, pipe technology, and environmental stress. Completed in 1998. A report with software that runs only on Microsoft Access 97 is available to WRF subscribers.
