Abstract

Identifies the benefits of implementing a knowledge management (KM) initiative and the organizational development factors (e.g., culture, core planning processes, communications, rewards, etc.) that are critical to the success of implementing a KM initiative. Includes an extensive tool kit and CD-based informational resources for drinking water utilities to evaluate and develop their organizational cultures to be supportive of successful implementation of KM strategies and initiatives. Published in 2011.
