Abstract

Presents a program and manual for use by water utilities in developing strategic plans for water treatment plant infrastructure maintenance and renewal, including condition assessment procedures. Allows users to export data into other applications, and to enter information about infrastructure (e.g., residual value, age, remaining useful life) that can be used in financial statements.
