Voda
VODA.ai software, powered by daVinci, uses AI to clean data and predict risk of failure for each pipe. It finds probabilities of failure in 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 years, plus consequence of failure (CoF). Data include material, age, length, pressure, soil type, past leaks, weather, satellite, and more. Once CoF is determined, a risk score is assigned for each pipe.
Smart Hydrant – Eramosa
The Smart Hydrant monitors pressure, transient pressure, acoustics, and water temperature. Because the acoustics listen to the water column rather than the vibrating pipes, this technology works across materials including PVC and polyethylene. It differentiates itself from other options through several benefits, including one-hour install, no digging, no impact on operations, and dry barrel configuration.
