Develops a comprehensive white paper that describes the nature and importance of the emerging chemical supply issue for drinking water and wastewater utilities. Identifies what is known about the issue, critical knowledge gaps and potential research needs, important stakeholders and potential sources of information that can help inform and clarify the issue, and recommendations for next steps towards resolving or effectively managing the issue.
