Research Impact

Determines fundamental chemical parameters associated with the oxidative formation and sorptive removal of pesticide degradates to facilitate predictive modeling of their removal at full scale. Identifies the most reactive combinations of pesticides and oxidants and determines the identity of degradates, oxidation pathways, reaction rate constants, and sorption parameters associated with the selected pesticides.
