Abstract

The overall objective of this project was to enhance communication and dialogue between public health organizations, researchers, water utilities, and other organizations about the potential human health risks of CECs in drinking water. The project broadened the national dialogue about the risks of CECs in drinking water by conducting a workshop that included public health professionals and other stakeholders in the discussion, bringing in the public health perspective to inform utility communications on CECs. The final products include a workshop report and six overview papers that summarize topics presented at the workshop. The overview papers are available within the workshop report and individually under Project Resources/Project Papers. Published in 2014.

This project was featured in the August 2015 issue of Opflow. The article is posted below under Project Papers.
