Abstract

Evaluates the feasibility and/or effectiveness of using distribution system retention time as a tool for managing water quality at the customer's tap. Develops, refines, and validates existing methodologies in field studies to provide guidance on using retention time to manage distribution water quality. Phase I published in 2004 (Order 91006F). Phase II published as a CD-ROM in 2006 (Order 91121).
