Reports on existing pipe-cleaning and relining techniques, and documents the effectiveness of these techniques on water quality improvements, infrastructure reliability, risk management strategies, customer service, maintenance of reasonable friction factors and so forth. Provides a user-friendly reference guide to assist water utilities in selecting the most appropriate pipe-cleaning method. Published in 2003.
