Abstract

Provides next-generation-modeling approaches to address applications involving karst aquifers with significant conduit flow. Develops quantitative aquifer characterization and data integration tools for working with groundwater flow models with explicit conduits, establishes guidelines for application of explicit conduit models, and assesses future data collection needs. Tailored Collaboration partner: San Antonio Water System. Published in 2006.
