Abstract

Characterizes the iodide/iodate actinometer system in terms of applicability to ultraviolet disinfection of drinking water. Applies this technology to determine the distribution of radiant energy in a UV reactor used for drinking water disinfection. Ended in 2004. A summary of partial findings is available.
