Abstract
This project will provide a road map for understanding, interpreting, and applying pipe rig study data to ensure the most appropriate selection of modified corrosion control treatment (CCT) under the Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI). The guidance will shed light on the significance of the variables that cause discrepancies between pipe rig and full-scale lead data, how to quantify these discrepancies, which variables have the greatest impacts, and what steps systems can take to avoid and minimize these discrepancies. Ultimately, the guidance will improve confidence in decisions to implement costly and possibly permanent treatment modifications.
