Abstract

Examines the reactions of molecular ozone and ozone generated hydroxyl radicals with common amino acid species. Uses recently developed analytical methods to evaluate both the organic and inorganic by-products from these reactions, and postulates mechanisms for their reactions. Published in 1995.
