Over the course of two days, the officials discussed many different strategies, promoting some and dismissing others. The report reviews the utility context for discussion as a framework for interpreting the following section on challenges to financial stability. The section on strategies provides brief summaries of the financial resiliency strategies highlighted in the forum. It concludes with a proposal for future research, as identified by representatives in the forum.
