Do you want to learn about structured and well-defined ways you can improve your utility? This webcast presented results from the WRF project, Utility Analysis and Improvement Methodology (4806). This effort brought 22 water utilities together to develop a methodology and tools to systematically assess and improve the maturity of business processes, workforce and organizational culture, and technology. The outcome is a standardized, research-based method utilities can use to improve their own organization and the water sector as a whole.
