Research Impact

Examines the effect of rapid (flash) mixing on the efficiency of downstream processes, i.e., flocculation, sedimentation, and gravity filtration. Also determines fundamental mixing characteristics of different rapid mix technologies and addresses scale-up issues. Provides practical design approaches for both rapid mixing and flocculation.
