Abstract
Identifies the drinking water industry's highest priority IT needs and creates a road map for research to meet those needs. Also identifies the types of IT products and services most needed in the industry. Conducted a workshop at which IT experts and managers representing all functional areas within water utilities identified current and emerging issues, focusing on areas that would be strengthened by research, and developed a prioritized, proactive research agenda. Published in 2009.
