Abstract
The objective of this workshop was to identify environmental and water quality issues related to drilling in oil shale formations and to develop research needs and impacts where drinking water utilities watersheds may be impacted. The issues addressed included environmental perspectives related to surface water and groundwater concerns. The workshop report is posted on the Website for the public to download and a printed version can be ordered by Foundation subscribers. Published in 2011.
