Guidance for the Treatment of Manganese

Abstract

This project developed a guidance manual that offers solutions and recommendations for utilities that have problems controlling manganese. The objective of this manual is to provide guidance to utilities and water professionals for the effective control of Mn through source water management and the design and operation of Mn treatment processes. Published in 2013.
