Abstract

Investigates the formation and decay of DBPs in the distribution system by evaluating factors that affect DBP behavior, such as mixing of different waters, loss of chlorine residual, pipe wall and sediment interaction, and biological reactions. Research partner: USEPA. Published in 2006.
