Abstract

Investigates the effectiveness of ozone, potassium permanganate, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, and ultraviolet radiation (UV) on inactivation of Cryptosporidium. Also investigates the use of combinations of disinfectants such as ozone - UV and ozone with hydrogen peroxide. Research partner: USEPA. Published in 1998.
