Abstract

A generic Utility Response Plan outline for unexpected emergencies was developed with input from the wastewater industry through a series of workshops, surveys, and other previous guidance documents to address technical, regulatory, and organizational issues of the importance for acceptance of bio-contaminated wastewater at water resource recovery facilities (WRRFs).
