Abstract
This project developed a simple, reliable, and cost-effective method for the speciation of Cryptosporidium from water regulatory slides (Method 1622/23 and U.K. slides) that can be readily adopted by the typical utility and water quality testing laboratory that has little or no molecular biology experience. Research partners: AWWA, Drinking Water Inspectorate, Ecowise Environmental, and Drinking Water Quality Regulator for Scotland. Published in 2014.
