Abstract

Develops methods to genotype Cryptosporidum detected using USEPA methods 1622 and 1623 for regulatory monitoring. Develops methods for recovering Cryptosporidium from fixed slides. Genotyping will aid in risk assessment to public health. Foundation subscribers can download the report. A demonstration video is also available to order. Research partner: USEPA. Published in 2010.
