Beneficial Uses and Non-Traditional Uses of Concentrate

Abstract

Provides a comprehensive review and comparison of the full range of alternate uses of concentrate and assesses the feasibility of implementation, economic considerations, and environmental safety. Also evaluates both direct uses of concentrate and the potential for recovery and marketing of individual salts separated from concentrate. Research partners: WateReuse Foundation, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and WERF. WateReuse Foundation published a report in 2006.
