          Abstract
The goal of this project was to investigate ways to manage regrowth, odors, and sudden increase (ROSI) of indicator and pathogenic bacteria in biosolids cake exposed to high-shear dewatering such as centrifuges. The results from this work offer guidance for practitioners and utilities to help them understand the potential for ROSI and to manage these issues. The research report describes approaches to study and identify the issues and pathways for mitigation. Published by WERF. 150 pages. Online PDF. (2015)
