Arcadis, in collaboration with utilities, technology providers, and industry experts, is leading a research initiative to advance the use of data-driven solutions in the wastewater sector. The project aims to develop best practices in data engineering, analytics, and governance to support the adoption of machine learning and advanced decision support systems. Building on previous research, the team will assess data readiness, conduct workshops with utilities, and create a best practices guide. This guidance will be integrated with an existing web-based framework and supported by real-world case studies.
