Abstract
Provides information on the current use of performance measurement systems and assesses their applicability to water/wastewater utilities. Specific tools will be developed which will allow a utility to identify trends and/or comparisons internal to the utility as well as provide constructive and timely feedback for improving performance. Volume 1 published in Summer 2000 after completion of Phase 1. (cooperative w/AWWARF)
