Abstract

This report describes efforts to assess the effectiveness of stormwater programs through the use of chemical, biological, physical, and programmatic indicators. Investigators applied a set of indicators developed by the Center for Watershed Protection to two different semi-arid cases in order to evaluate the value of indicators. They also sought to test and refine protocols for monitoring environmental indicators and to develop and disseminate guidance on the use of environmental indicators. Published by WERF.
