The frequency of intense precipitation events is expected to increase, and these events can result in flooding, wastewater system overflows, and decreased water quality, especially in urban areas. This project will facilitate an urban stormwater and wastewater planning workshop, bringing cities together to exchange ideas, and discuss best practices, successes, and lessons learned. The workshop will result in the identification of the methods and analytical tools needed to develop, improve, and integrate urban stormwater, flooding mitigation, water quality, and wastewater planning efforts.
