Abstract
The Emergency Communication Information Management System (eCIMs) toolkit supplements existing Emergency Operation Plans (EOPs). The software component includes an emergency risk communications planning guide and sample messages for likely scenarios. The accompanying report provides a literature review, investigations of water and wastewater industry practices, assessment of emergency communications, and a detailed description of the eCIMS toolkit software. Published by WERF. 156 pages.
