Cyanotoxins Research Needs Expert Symposium 2016

This Expert Symposium is related to WRF project #4657, “Cyanobacterial Blooms and Cyanotoxins: Knowledge Synthesis, Utility Workshop and Research Gaps.” This workshop was conducted June 7–8, 2016, at the University of Colorado Boulder. Topics of discussion included analytical methods, occurrence and monitoring, oxidation treatment, and general treatment. The workshop findings will be used to craft a multi-year research agenda for WRF’s Focus Area, entitled “Cyanobacterial Blooms and Cyanotoxins: Monitoring, Control, and Communication Strategies.”
