The Water Research Foundation Appoints Christobel Ferguson as Chief Innovation Officer
The Water Research Foundation (WRF), the world’s leading research organization advancing the science of all water, is pleased to announce that Christobel Ferguson will be joining WRF’s Leadership Team as the Chief Innovation Officer.
Christobel has worked extensively in the utility sector including consulting, government, and most recently with our partner organization, Water Research Australia. She has served in transformative roles leading teams engaged in research, development, policy and planning, modeling and data analytics, quality assurance, resource management, and customer service. She has also developed a strategic overview of the U.S., Australian, and international water and environment sectors through her involvement with leading professional bodies, including WRF, the Water Environment Research Foundation, the Australian Water Association, the International Water Association, the American Water Works Association, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
“Christobel brings a wealth of experience to this important role and I am very excited for her to join our staff and partner with the Water Environment Federation to oversee the Leaders Innovation Forum for Technology (LIFT) program,” says Peter Grevatt, WRF’s Chief Executive Officer.
