Example Utility Letter of Confirmation
In accordance with the Project Funding Agreement, the principal investigator is required to submit letters for each participating utility confirming that they have been made aware of the nature of the cooperative relationship and have reviewed all applicable data, information, and results.  These letters must be signed by a representative of the participating utility.  This is an example of language that participating utilities might include in their confirmation letters.

Software/CD-ROM Criteria
These are criteria used by the Foundation’s research planning volunteers, staff, researchers, and project advisory committees to determine whether software or a CD-ROM should to be created either to replace or to accompany a printed research report. If a project has been approved to produce a CD-ROM product, use checklist to submit the product.
